The Telpark City Lab is an Empark initiative that aims to contribute to creating an ecosystem of knowledge to share information in an open environment, in which cities can learn from each other with the means that experts and Telpark provide them with. This collaborative environment, which will also seek for sharing best practices, is based on the desire to promote public-private collaboration, and jointly address the mobility challenges facing cities and the urban agenda.
The event will focus on the future and challenges of smart cities, mainly in the area of sustainable urban mobility. It will seek to generate an environment of constructive debate on some of the following issues:
- Implementation of Low Emission Zones
- Introduction of intermodality in urban transport
- Alternative mobility hubs, both for passengers and for commercial distribution
- Regulated parking
- Last mile logistics
- Dissuasive car parks
- Recharging points
EIT Urban Mobility Innovation hub South Director, Daniel Serra will moderate the session.
The event is by invitation only and targets the main cities in Spain
