What are current market needs? What are the available solutions?

Julius Müller | Circu Li-ion
Julius Müller runs strategic development at battery upcycling company Circu Li-ion and is responsible for accelerating the company’s go-to-market. In his daily work, he focuses on translating industry movements into the company’s product roadmap. Based out of Luxembourg, he brings a distinctly European perspective and collaborative approach to the battery recycling industry.
Before joining Circu Li-ion, Julius was a consultant with McKinsey & Company’s European Private Equity practice and a Founder’s Associate to the CGO of Enpal, Germany’s first green unicorn. He holds business degrees from HEC Paris, École Polytechnique, and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Hernán Pájaro | EIT InnoEnergy
Hernán Pájaro is a leadership expert in transport and mobility technologies, working to advance InnoEnergy‘s mission of decarbonizing Europe by 2050 by supporting entrepreneurs in bringing their innovative transport and mobility solutions to market. His expertise lies in fostering initiatives that reduce emissions while enhancing commercial viability and competitiveness within the industry.
Hernán will be sharing insights from a recent study conducted in collaboration with EIT Urban Mobility, which explores the potential of utilizing the EU battery value chain to accelerate the adoption of Light Electric Vehicles. This effort aims to contribute to achieving the EU’s environmental and industrial goals.
Annick Roetynck | LEVA-EU
Annick Roetynck is the manager of LEVA-EU with decades of experience in two-wheeled and light electric mobility.
She has been working in the business since 1987 in various positions, among which secretary general of the European Two wheel Retailers’ Association (ETRA).
Her long career has allowed her to gather a unique insight into European rules and regulations for LEVs and to establish a very extensive network.
She has a master’s degree in political science.
