Request for proposals: conference organised for and within the EU sector

At EIT Urban Mobility, we are committed to increasing our visibility among the newly elected and appointed EU officials. To achieve this, we plan to organise a conference in Brussels centred on a crucial mobility topic and our latest thought leadership study on the costs and benefits of sustainable mobility transitions. This event should be carefully tailored to attract European policymakers and the wider EU community to attend.

Our objective is to firmly establish EIT Urban Mobility within the EU sphere and ensure that policymakers are fully aware of the work we are doing in the sector. With the new European Parliament and European Commission getting in place, this is the perfect moment to take action.

To fulfil these objectives the event should be set up according to the best agenda for the EU public servants and for EIT Urban Mobility, the foreseen date is first week of December. The exact date for the event will be confirmed once the contract is awarded with the provider.
