Pre-qualification notice: Event co-organiser for EIT Urban Mobility Annual Summit 2025-2027

The subject of this request for proposal is the selection of the most suitable offer (hereinafter also referred to as “participant” or “tenderer”) for the conclusion of a Co-Organiser agreement for the EIT Urban Mobility Annual Summit for years 2025, 2026 and 2027, hereinafter also referred to as “tender”. The selection procedure is conducted openly and transparently.

The following documents regulate the terms and conditions under which the selected Tenderer (i.e., Contractor) shall fulfil the specific tasks as a result of the current tender procedure:

1. The Pre-Qualification Notice;
2. The Request for Proposal to Co-Organise the EIT Urban Mobility Annual Summit 2025 – 2027
3. The Contract to be signed with the selected Tenderer.

The EIT Urban Mobility is responsible for sharing all available, relevant information, existing documents and data on the projects related to which tasks are to be performed by the Contractor based on individual purchase orders, if relevant. The EIT Urban Mobility is responsible for the validity and completeness of all such information.

The working language for the performance of tasks is English.

The Co-Organiser agreement will conclude between the successful tenderer, as contractor, and firm EIT Urban Mobility KIC LE as the Contracting Authority. The company EIT Urban Mobility KIC LE is established under the Spanish law.
