Optimised Urban Delivery Hubs for Low-Traffic Neighbourhoods in Brussels
Our proposal, “Optimised Urban Delivery Hubs for Low-Traffic Neighbourhoods in Brussels,” aims to revolutionise last-mile delivery within the city’s Low Traffic Neighbourhoods (LTNs). By installing strategically placed nano-hubs, we will facilitate the rapid transition of goods from conventional delivery vehicles to cargo bikes, significantly reducing traffic congestion and emissions. This system will make delivery more efficient, support sustainable urban transport, and improve the quality of life in urban areas. The project integrates advanced logistics software, engages with the community for support and feedback, and conducts a comprehensive in-situ demonstration to showcase the effectiveness and benefits of our innovative delivery solution.
