EIT Urban Mobility is expecting to appoint one sole provider for the realisation of the following services:
- Integrated management and coordination of the services: providing one-stop-shop management and coordination of the services, developing framework for an integrated management and coordination of the services to the EIT Urban Mobility legal entity and legal entities of the five Innovation Hubs, regarding invoices and payment processes, monthly reports on the accounts and payroll and follow up on the service development and continuous improvement. In addition, the contractor will put in place a helpdesk/ticketing system.
- Payroll services: The contractor will also be responsible for the provision of payroll services for Fiscal Year 2021 to the EIT Urban Mobility and its five Innovation Hubs.
- Administration and Bookkeeping services: The contractor will be responsible for the bookkeeping and the general administration services of all the legal entities covered by this procedure.
