The EIT Urban Mobility South Demoday is a virtual networking event that will gather together the five startups promoted at the EIT Urban Mobility South accelerator’s first batch and an exclusive circle of investors. The meeting will be held on 15 December, from 10:00 to 12:30 CET.
The startups will share their solutions for the urban mobility sector, how they are planning to grow and the collaboration opportunities they offer. The five companies that will participate in the Demoday are Fluctuo, Gotikket, Journify, Smartmonkey and Vianova.
The investors will have the chance to get insights into these promising mobility start-ups and arrange one-to one meetings with them for offering them feedback, establishing valuable contacts and studying potential investment opportunities.
The programme will also include a round table session with experts from EIT Urban Mobility, Barcelona City Council – Barcelona Activa, CARNET (an initiative by CIT UPC), SEAT-MO, and Pompeu Fabra University, who will discuss the urban mobility and city development challenges we currently face.
The schedule will be the following:
- 10:00 – 10:15: EIT Urban Mobility Opening
- 10:15 – 11:05: Start-up Pitches – Batch #1
- 11:05 – 11:15: Break
- 11:15 – 12:00: Round table about Urban Mobility and City Development
- 12:00 – 12:30: Thank you and closure
