Request for Proposals: Production of 3 to 9 Short Free Online Courses (SFOC) on urban mobility

By the present procurement procedure, the EIT Urban Mobility is aiming to identify a supplier (online learning agency) capable of supporting the creation of between 3 and 9 Short Free Online Courses (SFOCs) in 2021.

EIT Urban Mobility, therefore, wishes to partner with a third-party online learning agency (supplier) that has experience in designing, developing and delivering asynchronous short online courses and/or MOOCs. The supplier will be responsible for the whole creation of the courses, from the definition of a course outline, the creation of course contents (scripts, recording of videos, other material, animations etc.) and the assembling of the learning material into learning units using the SCORM format. The supplier shall deliver the courses to EIT Urban Mobility who will be in charge of publishing and operating the SFOC on its own LMS platform, yet some support should be made available for a few weeks by the supplier for any amendments needed after the delivery of the finalised courses.

A minimum of 3 courses and a maximum of 9 courses are planned to be produced by the supplier by the end of 2021. The production and the delivery of the courses will be distributed over a period of 4 to 7 months between June and December 2021. The production of the first 3 courses will start before end July 2021. If confirmed by EIT Urban Mobility, one/various/all of the remaining 6 other courses will start to be produced before end September 2021. All courses will need to be completed, delivered and made available online before end December 2021.
