Request for Proposals: Event co-organiser provider

EIT Urban Mobility is looking for providers to co-organise a series of events in Barcelona city during 2021. The providers must have the right experience, capacities, and infrastructures to run together a global event on mobility in the city of Barcelona.

We are looking for providers that allows us to:

• leverage synergies for our partners to reach a wider audience
• increase value for money and make it more valuable for our partners to join the EIT Urban Mobility Summit
• offer more networking opportunities due to a much larger number of attendees from Europe and beyond
• achieve a much higher growth of our database of contacts worldwide
• turn our EIT Urban Mobility Summit into a more profitable and bigger event
• increase our visibility and impact to more stakeholders
• generate revenues for EIT Urban Mobility
