Request for proposals: EU Affairs Support

EIT Urban Mobility is seeking professional support for its EU Affairs/Public Affairs activities.

At the moment we have 1 FTE working on EU Affairs, based in Brussels. We have external support through an EU Affairs consultancy. However, further support is needed in the day-to-day work of the EU Affairs Manager.

The Contractor will fully or partially cover the activities related to EU Affairs, based on requirements and needs defined by EIT Urban Mobility. 

The workload may vary depending on the workload, but most likely the summer months will be less busy. 

The objective of the work is to contribute to increasing the visibility, stakeholder awareness and knowledge of the EIT Urban Mobility and the entire EIT Community as well as its results among Brussels-based stakeholders and decision makers, through participation in high level events, steering groups and face-to-face meetings with strategic alliances.
