EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub South, hereinafter also referred to as “IH South”, operates in the south of Europe, being responsible for activity and market development in the countries of Portugal, Spain, France, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Bosnia, and Albania.
IH South wishes to identify a supplier for the provision of Public Relations, Public Affairs and Media Relations Consultancy Services to support the achievement of the strategic objectives related to urban mobility in France.
The overall media communication objectives of EIT Urban Mobility are:
(i) Raising awareness of the need for more sustainable, inclusive, and innovative urban mobility in Europe.
(ii) Brand reputation: Placing EIT Urban Mobility as THE reference on urban mobility.
(iii) Leads: Strengthening relationships and bringing EIT Urban Mobility and the visibility of its projects to new stakeholders.
The main key target audiences of EIT Urban Mobility are, among others:
EIT Urban Mobility has developed several on-the-ground projects in France, a strong partnership with several cities and government bodies in the transport sector, and supported several French start-ups, in the last 5 years of activities. However, the desired partner will have the capacity to provide strategic counsel and direction to strengthen the relations, actively share and promote our message to the right stakeholders, amplify our successes when results of projects are coming in, and help position the entity in France.
The selected provider will be responsible for assisting in the development and support of EIT Urban Mobility public relations and media efforts to maximize communications efforts. The agency must be able to provide strong media & PR strategic insight and message development to assist EIT Urban Mobility with proactive campaigns and reactive approaches.
