EIT KIC Urban Mobility S.L., (hereinafter referred to as “EIT Urban Mobility”), is initiating this procurement procedure to engage a qualified individual or company (hereinafter referred to as “Supplier”) capable of providing a marketing campaign management and implementation through their own networks and platforms for the EIT Urban Mobility Academy’s Competence Hub e-course learning platform, Urban Mobility Course which is accessible at www.urbanmobilitycourses.eu. As outlined in Section 1, from mid-Q2 2024 Urban Mobility Courses will operate under Urban Mobility Explained and for the purpose of this proposal, it will be presented as Urban Mobility Courses/Urban Mobility Explained (hereinafter referred to as “UMC/UMX”).
The Competence Hub is committed to addressing the knowledge gap in the urban mobility sector, fostering a more efficient and sustainable future. Our mission revolves around capacity building and skill development to propel the transformation of urban mobility. Through our UMC/UMX e-learning platform, we offer urban mobility professionals a diverse range of high-quality, up-to-date online courses, allowing them the flexibility to learn at their own pace.
The urgent need to accelerate change in the urban mobility field demands swift upskilling of its workforce. Traditional outreach methods may fall short in reaching the critical mass of professionals required for substantial change. Therefore, we are in search of a Supplier capable of driving growth in our learner enrolment and engagement through their marketing expertise and extensive connections within the urban mobility sector.
Our key objectives are to significantly amplify UMC/UMX´s brand visibility, expand our learner community through lead generation, and improve engagement and conversions for our courses.
The Supplier will be required to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. These campaigns must resonate with the Competence Hub’s target audience segments and effectively communicate the value proposition of UMC/UMX courses. Additionally, the Supplier will leverage their existing platforms, networks, and channels to foster a vibrant online community for UMC/UMX learners, encouraging interaction, knowledge sharing, and ongoing engagement. The Supplier will also track and report on the key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the impact of marketing campaigns on UMC/UMX´s growth goals and engagement metrics.
