EIT KIC Urban Mobility S.L. (hereinafter referred to as “EIT Urban Mobility”) is initiating this procurement procedure to engage one digital marketing agency (hereinafter referred to as “the Supplier”) capable of managing and supporting the social media goals of Urban Mobility Explained (hereinafter referred to as “UMX”).

As presented in the previous chapter, in Spring 2024, the Competence Hub integrated its e-learning platform – Urban Mobility Courses (UMC), along with its applied learning programs and YouTube channel, into a single entity: Urban Mobility Explained (UMX). As part of this rebrand strategy, UMX set up its own LinkedIn Showcase page in May 2024 to leverage LinkedIn to achieve the following goals;
To achieve its LinkedIn goals, UMX seeks a Supplier who can support in expanding its LinkedIn follower base that will help establish UMX as a top-of-mind urban mobility education provider. To achieve this, the Supplier will be required to implement strategic paid campaigns (follower growth and lead generation/course registrations), create engaging LinkedIn organic content and community growth initiatives.
