Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fellowship 

The EIT Urban Mobility Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E) Fellowship is designed as a complement to existing Master Programmes in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. 

It aims to promote and advance innovation and entrepreneurship in the field of urban mobility by providing additional activities and resources to students enrolled in these programmes. The fellowship programme prepares students to become skilled innovators and entrepreneurs in urban mobility and related fields.

Scholarships and funding opportunities

Eligible students may receive a completion scholarship of approximately 2,000 EUR. Additionally, fellows have access to exclusive funding opportunities like the Student Entrepreneur Grant Scheme and EIT Jumpstarter, supporting entrepreneurial projects and startups.  Learn more here.

Skill development

Gain practical experience and skills through hands-on projects and interdisciplinary courses. The fellowship focuses on addressing real-world challenges in urban mobility, preparing students for careers in innovation and entrepreneurship. 

Recognition with an EIT Label Certificate

Upon successful completion of the fellowship programme, students receive an EIT Label Certificate, recognizing their specialized training in innovation and entrepreneurship within the urban mobility sector.

Application process

To join the EIT Urban Mobility I&E Fellowship, students must first be accepted into one of our partners Master’s programmes. After acceptance, students are invited to apply for the fellowship by completing an online application form. The application process includes several specific questions designed to assess your interest and experience in urban mobility, as well as your entrepreneurial mindset.

Who can apply for the EIT Urban Mobility Fellowship? 

All students who have have been enrolled in the I&E master’s programmes listed above.  

You can apply through our application portal here.

There are no application fees for enrolling in the EIT Urban Mobility I&E Fellowship.

Once students graduate from the master’s programme they are enrolled in and complete all the requirements, they will receive an EIT Label certificate certifying their participation in the fellowship programme.
