Autonomous vehicles (AVs) aren’t just about shiny tech and fancy cars—they have the potential to completely reshape how we move through cities. But how? And for the better?
Join Urban Mobility Explained (UMX) on October 29 for a FREE webinar in partnership with All Things Urban, where we’ll break down what’s really going on with AVs and how they can actually make public transport more inclusive, accessible, and better for everyone—not just a select few.
Dario Deserranno from Espaces-Mobilités will kick things off, sharing insights from the U.S.A., where RoboTaxis are already up and running. You’ll hear about what’s happening in autonomous mobility right now and how Europe can take those lessons and improve upon them.
Liisa Anderson from Ruter AS/ Fremmot will follow up by diving into how European cities like Oslo are leading the way in using AVs to transform public transport systems. She’ll show how AVs can reduce car dependency, make transport more accessible, and help cities thrive. Plus, they’ll address some common myths and misconceptions—because AVs are way more than just private cars zipping around the streets.
As always, we’ll also be asking the experts about career opportunities in this exciting field.
So, whether you’re curious about AV tech, working in urban mobility, or just want to know what the future of your city could look like, this is a must-attend session.
