Innovation Hub Central

Innovation Hub Central is based in Munich, Germany, and covers activities across Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia and Türkiye. The office is located in the Munich Urban Colab co-working space, where startups, corporate innovators, scientists, and creatives from diverse sectors and disciplines work together on technologies and services for smart city solutions.

All of EIT Urban Mobility's Innovation Hubs are dedicated to the organisation's overall mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable urban mobility. Through their unique positioning within the regions, the Innovation Hubs liaise with local stakeholders, forging strong partnerships between public authorities, private companies, startups, research organisations and higher education institutions.
