María Paula Caycedo

María Paula has gathered 20 years of experience across 4 different countries, 3 industries and various areas of the business from developing products, marketing and selling them, to expanding the business and providing strategic guidance. She has successfully led transformation on what people do and how they do it having the why as the North Star.

Over the last 12 years she spent in the Automotive industry, she has gathered a comprehensive understanding and experience on the shift in the mobility customer trends and the market needs towards Sustainability.
María Paula holds a master’ Degree in European Business from the ESCP Business School, a Diploma on Business and European Integration from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris and a degree in Smart Mobility-Intelligent Transport Systems from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
