Project summary

This project focuses on revolutionising last-mile pharmaceutical delivery. The Hopper, an e-cargo bike with a roof, addresses the unique challenges of transporting sensitive medical products, particularly for medications requiring secure and temperature-controlled conditions. With a pilot phase in collaboration with Onkokontor GmbH, an organisation specialising in pharmaceutical deliveries, our solution aims to replace traditional vehicles, offering a sustainable alternative to the traditional use of cars and trucks.

Context

The activity aims to demonstrate secure, temperature-controlled medication delivery via an e-cargo bike as a more efficient and sustainable alternative.

The activity results in a temperature controlled isolated cargo space within the Hopper e-cargo bike.
