Request for proposals: Business Challenge providers for kick-off event

The EIT Urban Mobility Master School offers a unique educational experience that combines technical education with innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E), targeting talented students from around the world to tackle current and future mobility issues. Every year, the EIT Urban Mobility Master School organises an event that includes both a kick-off for the new student cohort and a graduation ceremony to give newcomers the opportunity to meet with senior students and discuss their experiences of studying at different universities. 

EIT Urban Mobility seeks support from an educational consultant to oversee the preparation, alignment, coordination, coaching, and execution of the Business Challenge during the EIT Urban Mobility Master School Kick-Off event to be held in Tartu, Estonia, from 16th – 18th October 2024.

The Business Challenge aims at providing the new students with an opportunity to engage deeply with the following subjects:

1. Foster innovation and entrepreneurial skills among students.
2. Provide practical, hands-on experience through team-based problem-solving.
3. Engage students with real-world mobility challenges, originating from corporates, research centres and municipalities.
4. Allow students to work in multidisciplinary teams to propose and develop solutions for those challenges.
5. Facilitate networking and collaboration among students, industry experts, and academic professionals.
