There is a growing complexity in the urban mobility ecosystem. Companies’ initiatives in this area are increasing in a chaotic manner, saturating the available channels. This situation makes navigating the related topics and initiatives increasingly difficult. EIT Urban Mobility is willing to face this challenge by defining a centralized online platform to consolidate the knowledge, connect stakeholders and become a central point of reference.

The aim of this Request for Proposals is to find one supplier that will develop and maintain the platform.

Please note that you need to include in your offer the following documentation:

CV of the team/expert dedicated to the development of Lot 1 and maintenance of Lot 2. CVs must contain all relevant data allowing EIT Urban Mobility to fully assess the experience of the tenderer, otherwise the experience will not be considered. CVs have to be issued in English. The following data shall be evaluated as part of the evaluation process:

• How many years of experience do you have in developing platforms in line with lot 1; specified in point 2.3 of the Request for Proposal
• How many years of experience do you have in maintenance in line with lot 2; specified in point 2.3 of the Request for Proposal

With this request for information we are extending the deadline for the submission of offers from 5 November 2020 to 8 November 2020 16:00 CET.
