Request for Proposals: Consulting services for a feasibility study for the setting-up and operation of an urban mobility test and demo facility in the Port of Barcelona

EIT Urban Mobility requests that a qualified independent firm or consortium (no more than two legal entities with one entity identified as the prime contractor) conduct a feasibility study for our organisation, with experience in designing and conducting feasibility studies and that is familiar with the urban mobility and smart city environment.

The plan should assess our current situation, potential impact of an urban mobility Living Lab test and demonstration site in the facilities of the Port of Barcelona..
