Request for Proposals: Development of a business model for the EIT Alumni Global Nodes and roll-out of the first EIT Alumni Global Nodes in 2023-2025

EIT Urban Mobility is part of the Strategic Education Cluster, a EIT Community pan European project that represents an unprecedented endeavour in the EIT Education Ecosystem to integrate, systematise and leverage education activities from different KICs, create joint offerings and open new opportunities for raising EIT’s profile and for market penetration. Among other things, the Cluster hopes to further connect all KICs’ education offer to the current and future needs of the labour market.

One of the ambitions of the Strategic Education Cluster is to strengthen the value creation, existing service offer, diversification, and long-term sustainability of the EIT Alumni community. Crucially, the Cluster will support the EIT Alumni Board in designing a business model for and setting up its new Global Nodes.

The objective of this RfP is to select a vendor that, in close collaboration with EIT Urban Mobility and the EIT Alumni Board, will define a business model for EIT Alumni’s Global Nodes, including a pathway towards financial sustainability, and help EIT Alumni roll out its first Global Nodes in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
