Request for proposals: Digital certification platform

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is aiming to identify a supplier to provide verifiable, secure, and easily accessible digital certificates to course participants, enhancing the value of their learning experience and the credibility of our training programs.

Specifically, this project aims to achieve the following objectives:

1. Enable the issuance of secure, digital certificates to participants of our courses.
2. Ensure easy verification and accessibility of certificates.
3. Enhance the credibility of our certification process through anti-fraud mechanisms.
4. Integrate the certification system seamlessly with our existing Learning Management System (LMS).
5. Allow participants to retain lifetime access to their certificates, independent of our platform, so they can verify and share their credentials without relying on continued access to our LMS.
6. Ensure scalability for future courses and participants as our program grows.
