Request for Proposals: EIT Urban Mobility key IT systems

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility is aiming to procure a solution for managing key and auxiliary processes in the organisation, including integration with other key tools we have currently running.

The as-is situation is covered by several solutions that are at the end of the liifecycle and /or development. It is mainly composed by a CRM, a grant management tool, an evaluation tool and as outsourcing service of financial accounting and analytics.

The aim of this request for proposals is to identify market solutions to consolidate and integrate functionalities and business requirements, in a unique technology, and improve the existing IT architecture by adding key functions and bringing homogeneity.

It is expected that the selected vendor will work very closely with EIT Urban Mobility’s internal IT department to ensure a coherent service that is fully aligned with the company’s strategic roadmap.
