Request for Proposals: Mobility Innovation Marketplace – IT Development and Maintenance

EIT Urban Mobility is looking to appoint a single provider to provide support related to the Mobility Innovation Marketplace.

The scope of services are defined as follows:

1. Continuous Identification, Evaluation, Conceptualisation of new Developments & Execution of Development Services for the further Enhancement of the Marketplace related, but not limited, to:
   1. New content sections
   1. New UI/UX features
   1. User Journey Optimisations
   1. UI monitoring tools
   1. Data gathering, aggregation, and visualisation
   1. Marketing tools implementation
   1. IT Performance (SEO, “mobile first”, etc.)
   1. B2B/B2G Platform Best Practices & Trends

• Maintenance & Improvements Services related, but not limited, to:
  • Automated detection of issues and bugs (e.g. Internal Server Errors)
  • Execution of corrections of issues and bugs
  • Adaptation to new browser version updates (safari, chrome) and different devices (computers, smartphones, tablets)
  • Execution of smaller change, modification, and update requests related, but not limited, to the design, texts, functionalities, performance boosts of the Marketplace
  • Uploading landing pages for specific personas/customer target groups
  • Tool capacity testing and proper infrastructure dimensioning
