Request for proposals: Office Rental for Innovation Hub North

The subject of this request for proposal is the selection of the most suitable offer (hereinafter also referred to as “participants” or “tenderer”) for the conclusion of a lease agreement for the office space for EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub North ApS, hereinafter also referred to as “tenant”. The selection procedure is conducted openly and transparently to select suitable premises for the activities of the tenant and a reliable landlord. The lease agreement will be concluded between the successful tenderer, as lessor, and firm EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub North ApS. as the lessee. The company EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub North ApS is established under the Danish law.
