Request for proposals: Outlook Integration in NETSuite

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereby being referred to as “the EIT UM”, wants to appoint a company that offers a yearly licensing and support of (WP1) an integration between Outlook and our CRM in NetSuite for users to help improve sales team productivity and that leverages the traceability of Outlook files, emails and key communications in NetSuite.  

EIT Urban Mobility is willing to acquire for this year 20 licences for the sales users. The staff is mostly based at the Headquarter office in Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain). However, EIT UM has also employees at the following locations:

• Munich (Germany)
• Prague (Czech Republic)
• Copenhagen (Denmark)
• Amsterdam (The Netherlands)

There are Work Packages (WP) included in the present request for proposal. Each WP will be invoiced separately. The first WP is the annual provisioning of the solution’s licences for 20 users. The second WP includes expert support for the procured service and additional developments and training that may be required.
