Request for proposals: Printing and Merchandising Services

By the present procurement procedure, EIT KIC Urban Mobility S.L, hereby being referred to as “EIT UM” or as the “Company”, is aiming to identify a supplier to cover printing and merchandising needs.

The frame of this request is to find a suitable supplier to provide all printing materials and merchandise needed for EIT UM’s events and daily activity, including transportation to EIT UM’s offices or the location of the event.

EIT UM regularly participates in third-party events all around Europe but also organises internal and external events of their own during the year. Therefore, EIT UM has regular printing and merchandise needs that need to be covered.

One of the key events EIT UM co-organises and that supposes the need of printing and merchandise, is Tomorrow Mobility World Congress, taking place annually in Barcelona. The 2023 edition will take place 7-9 November.
