Request for Proposals: Provision of catering services

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility is aiming to identify a supplier to provide the catering services for the Gala Dinner event that the entity is organising in Barcelona on 16 November 2022.

EIT Urban Mobility co-organises together with Fira Barcelona, Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress, our flagship event.  On the second day of the event, 16 November 2022, EIT Urban Mobility organises a Gala Dinner for a selected number of EIT Urban Mobility guests.

The Gala Dinner event is an exclusive – by invitation only – event where invited EIT Urban Mobility European partners, political representatives, and members of the European Union enjoy a high-level networking experience.

This will be the second edition of the event. Last year the event was held at “El Convent dels Ángels” in Barcelona and gathered 100 VIP attendees from the mobility sector.                    

This year, the event will be held at the “Museu Marítim de Barcelona” and we are expecting 150 guests from different European locations.
