By the present procurement procedure, the EIT KIC Urban Mobility., hereby being referred to as “EIT UM” is aiming at appointing statutory auditors (hereby being referred to as “the contractor”) who will be responsible for the statutory audit and certification of the accounts of the EIT Urban Mobility Association, the EIT Urban Mobility Foundation and of its’ CLCs for the fiscal year 2024 only.
The EIT UM closes its accounts on 31/12 of each year.
A more complete description of the control tasks and expected deliverables can be found in section 2.2 of this document (below).
It shall be noted that EITUM, as part of the EIT, is funded by the European Commission. As such, all principles around financial rules and regulations are governed by Horizon Europe rules and principles.
