Request for Proposals: Video production support for the Competence Hub

By the present procurement procedure, EIT KIC Urban Mobility is aiming to identify one video production company capable of supporting the development of minimum one and maximum ten new Academy WebTV videos in Turkey in 2022.

The Academy WebTV is a compilation of short videos (1 to 10 minutes) that provide short/introductory answers to the many questions urban mobility professionals ask themselves when facing new professional challenges or responsibilities.

The Academy WebTV aims at presenting a variety of topics, projects, and initiatives across Europe. In 2021, we travelled to 23 European cities, but in 2022, we hope to diversify the shooting locations. In consequence, the Competence Hub needs to externalise the production of some WebTV videos to be able to publish on YouTube 50 videos by the end of 2022. We also wish to present more initiatives and local challenges from RIS countries. Turkey being a RIS country, launching the production of several videos presenting Turkish initiatives and projects is coherent with that objective.
