By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is aiming to identify a supplier who is capable of providing Totara Learn, a Learning Management System (hereinafter being referred to as LMS) platform that was configured and parameterized for EIT UM’s Competence Hub needs in 2024, allowing the publication and management of the Competence Hub’s professional training portfolio of Blended Learning Programmes, the exploration of this new offering of programmes/products, and to perform different pilot tests during the course of the year.
EIT UM is now looking for a supplier to renew and expand this service, based on the needs of handling internal blended programs intended to be hosted on the platform, explore other formats such as Masterclasses and the possibility of integrating an e-Commerce solution that would allow B2C sales to provide direct access to EIT UM Competence hub platform of courses.
It is expected that the selected supplier:
• Is an expert in e-learning solutions software;
• Provides hosting, and both preventive and corrective maintenance for Totara Learn – Work Package 1.
• Supports and collaborates with the specialist web development provider from EIT UM in the initial integration and configuration of the e-commerce solution and Totara Learn – Work Package 2.
